Product-Specific Privacy Sections
The sections below describe data-handling practices specific to movó and lilo. They supplement the general Privacy Policy above and do not replace any term of that policy.
A. movó — Decision-Support Platform for Organizations
movó is a decision-support platform for organizations. Depending on configuration, movó may process information you provide or authorize in order to support the outputs you request.
movó is designed to assist human operators, not replace executive judgment.
A.1 Data we process in movó
- Information you upload, submit, or connect
- Information from third-party systems you authorize movó to access
- Configuration data and rules you define
- Outputs movó generates at your direction
A.2 Automated processing in movó
movó may use automated processing to support the outputs you request.
Outputs depend on the quality, completeness, and accuracy of the underlying source data. Outputs should be reviewed by human decision-makers before being relied upon for material business, legal, financial, regulatory, clinical, or strategic decisions.
movó is not represented as a substitute for formal legal, compliance, accounting, clinical, or professional-advisory review.
A.3 Connected systems in movó
If you authorize movó to connect to third-party systems, movó may process information from those systems as needed to provide the configured service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the authority to connect, transmit, and process information from those systems and for complying with the terms of those third-party providers.
A.4 Sensitive and regulated data in movó
Customers are responsible for determining whether data submitted to movó includes sensitive, regulated, confidential, or protected information — including but not limited to protected health information, personally identifiable information, financial information, or information covered by specific contractual obligations — and whether their chosen configuration is appropriate for that data.
If you intend to process protected health information in movó, contact us to discuss whether a business associate agreement is required before you upload or connect such information.
B. lilo — Native Digital Identity Layer for Properties
lilo is the native digital identity layer for properties operated by hospitality operators. lilo supports guest communications, evidence organization, property protection, operational risk monitoring, and direct booking.
lilo sits on top of existing hospitality tools and workflows. It is not positioned as a property management system replacement.
B.1 Data we process in lilo
- Property and listing information you provide or authorize
- Stay and booking information
- Guest communications and support interactions
- Materials you upload in connection with stays or property operations
- Direct-booking workflow data and payment metadata
B.2 Automated guest support in lilo
lilo may use automated processing to support configured operator workflows.
Customers remain responsible for their property rules, house policies, guest decisions, refunds, disputes, operational follow-through, and any communications sent to guests through or on behalf of the operator.
B.3 Connected systems in lilo
If you authorize lilo to connect to third-party systems, lilo may process relevant information as needed to provide the configured service. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the authority to connect those systems and for complying with their terms.
B.4 Evidence and documentation in lilo
Where configured, lilo may retain records related to guest interactions, property operations, or stay documentation.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate legal basis to capture, store, and use those materials, including compliance with applicable recording-consent, guest-disclosure, and data-protection laws in the relevant jurisdictions. lilo’s evidence-related features are intended to help preserve information, not to guarantee legal outcomes, dispute-resolution results, platform determinations, or insurance coverage.
B.5 Guest communications in lilo
Customers are responsible for the instructions, policies, access procedures, pricing, refunds, disclosures, and operational decisions communicated through lilo or through AI-assisted guest workflows configured in lilo. Where required by law, customers are responsible for ensuring that guests are appropriately informed about AI-assisted interactions.
